    • For finalizing the course in genomic data analysis you have to choose two of the

questions below and answer each question with 1-2 pages. This

assay will count 10% towards your grade. You can use

some of the resources found in the listed URLs . Beware that I will

compare you answers (it is done automatically by software) with previous

submissions and if I find more than 30% plagiarism you will not get any points for

    • This is how you got the final grade

Final exam:        Total points: 92; total weight:  50%
Small assay:       Total points : 10; total weight 10%
Labwork:            Total points : 172: total weight 35%
Attendance lab: Total points: 5; total weight 10%

      Grade scale:
      1 90-100
      2 89-80
      3 70-79
      4 60-69
      5 0-59

      Example:

      You got the following points:

      Final exam:        85
      Small assay:       8
      Labwork:            168
      Attendance lab: 5

      Then you reached in total (85/92)*0.5 + (8/10)*0.1 + (168/172)*0.35 +( 5/5)*0.05 = 0.91.

Based on the grading rubric this is a final grade of "1"
