JKU in the MGB program from either
UVic or NSYSU please find all relevant information here about your time

Admission and enrollment
You are applying for admission and completing the procedure via the JKU International Office as you are an exchange student during the Austrian module.
Please proceed with your registration via the Registration link
Deadline November 1 - in case you miss it you risk not receiving an acceptance letter which is necessary to complete your studies.
The following steps are in the registration form, please follow along:
- Click on the following link to create your application profile: Create enrollment profile - Step 1
- After you have created your account, you NEED TO LOG IN with the admission registration link that you got in the form from the International Office - Step 2
- Please choose "Bilateral exchange, ISEP" as your programme at the JKU.You will be required to upload a copy of your valid passport and a passport-sized picture for your student ID card.
- You will receive a confirmation email from the portal once the enrollment was successful.
- This email is the one you have to upload as pdf. - Step 3
- Upon your arrival you will receive your JKU Student ID card and your admission will be finalized.
- Please
be informed, successful enrollment IS NOT complete until you have not
paid the student union fee. As you are studying at JKU in the frames of the MGB program as an exchange student, you are exempted from the tuition fee. Further info on this topic: Student union fee.
Payment of the student union fee is possible from January 8, 2024.

Upon completing this process you can download your study confirmation from the online administration system: KUSSS: https://www.kusss.jku.at/kusss/index.action (you can change to English by clicking EN in the top right corner)
